realize that time is of the essence. From time to time we realize that
you may need us to expedite your order. Please let us know whether you

have closing agents in our office to handle multiple closings during a
day. We want to close the transaction when it is convenient for you and
your clients.
3. CONVENIENCE OF PLACING ORDERS

can order title work from us in many different ways:

complete title order On-line. We understand how busy your schedule is
so we’ve made placing your title, title insurance and escrow orders
fast, easy and convenient. We will send you a confirmation within
minutes of receiving your order.

FAX
us your order by filling out our title insurance application. We would
also appreciate a copy of the purchase agreement if it is a purchase
transaction and we are being asked to perform the closing.

CALL
us to place the order by phone.
·
DROP
the order off at our office when you are in the neighborhood.
4. COMPETITIVE RATES
If you
are comparing rates, you will notice that Secure Title’s rates are very
competitive. However, there is no competition when it comes to our
professionalism and service to our customers. Secure Title strives to be
the lowest price with out compromising service. We will do our best to
beat any title company’s written estimate.
5. SURVEY COVERAGE WITHOUT SURVEYS
Most
lenders today require
"Florida Form 9" endorsements on
their "Mortgages Policy" (a lender's final title policy insuring the
loan), however, many of your customers do not want to pay for a new
survey. To close a residential property transaction, Secure Title will
not require a new survey or an updated survey, but will accept an old
survey, regardless of age, together with a survey affidavit signed at
the closing.

Secure Title
has a number of locations for your conveyance. Whether you want to close
at our office, your office, or at your customer’s location, Secure Title
is there for you.
7. ESCROW
SERVICES
As an
escrow agent, Secure Title Inc. is a neutral third party who can carry
out the instructions in a purchase agreement between the buyer and
seller or the borrower in a refinance situation. We also handle all of
the disbursement checks associated with the closing and file the
documents at the Courthouse for the public record. |
